Hartlepool Sport ability meets on a Tuesday evening 7-9pm at the Headland Sports Hall. The club is a multi sports club a sports club for disabled people and people with learning disabilities.

Being a member of the HSA has been excellent for Sportability. For example the Table Tennis Club we now have a great volunteer and his nephew has joined the club and one of our disabled members has joined the table tennis club. Wadokai came and gave us an evening of coaching and fun that the members loved. One of the club coaches, her sister has now joined the club. St Francis girls also came in and gave a coaching session this enabled our female footballer players the opportunity to see the level they could aspire too. The benefits of being in the HSA gives us the opportunities for clubs to come in and it also helps other sports clubs to work with disabled people. Also the College have started a junior session on a Thursday evening and hopefully they will be able to access senior Sportability when there are places. Being part of the HSA has given us more of a competitive edge.
